Services

BXL Consulting offers sleep assessments, consultations, therapy sessions, and related products. All services are subject to availability and your eligibility.

Appointments & Cancellations

Scheduling: Book via phone, email, or our website.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee equal to 50% of the session cost.

Payment & Billing

Fees are due at the time of service or per payment plan.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved insurance plans (you are responsible for co?pays).

Intellectual Property

All content (text, graphics, logos, images) on this site is the property of BXL Consulting or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute without express written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use services for unlawful purposes
  • Harass or defame staff or other clients
  • Interfere with network security or site functionality

Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

  • Medical Disclaimer: Our services do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment by a licensed physician.
  • Limitation: To the extent allowed by law, BXL Consulting liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BXL Consulting, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Houston County, Texas.
